Passenger dies after ejection from car

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - A Mobile man is dead after he was ejected from the car he was a passenger in early Saturday morning.

Nicholas Markow, 26, died when the driver of the car ran off a curve into a culvert on Dawes Lake Road just before 3:30 a.m. Authorities said Markow was not wearing a seatbelt.

The driver of the car, 25-year-old Jennifer Fram, is in USA Medical Center in fair condition.
