MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile police responded to a shooting last night and found two victims. One was pronounced dead on the scene. It happened at Luscher Park on Dog River.
One man is still in the hospital after a shooting January 24. Police got the call around 10:30 p.m.
"The initial call that we went to was for victim number one at Bream Drive," said Cpl. Chris Levy.
Police said, however, the shooting didn't happen there. They said it took place at Luscher Park, and they found out there was a second victim.
Police said the first victim had been shot in the mouth. Police said when they went back to the park they found 22-year-old Bernard Hall with a gunshot wound to the head. Hall was pronounced dead on the scene.
"We know that this incident occurred both victims were shot at Luscher Park. We know that and we actually have a lot of information that we've gathered from the scene," Levy said.
Police said Christopher Labarron Turner, 22, was arrested and charged with felony murder.
