MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - A processional sponsored by Disaster and Victim Services International seeks to send a message against violence in the city.
Officials with the non-profit organization said more than 20 law enforcement agencies, EMTs, rescue squads, constables and funeral homes will participate at the event which will begin at Radney Funeral home at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
Nearly two dozen Hearses will be featured in the event which organizers announced at a press conference on Friday.
The public is asked to show their support at the parade by being present at the funeral home or at any of the following locations where it will pass:
