MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Governor Robert Bentley will be in Mobile today to lead a discussion on Alabama Amendment 2 which will appear on the November 6 ballot.

If passed, Alabama can refinance bonds at lower rates, saving the state millions of dollars - in turn, freeing up money to provide incentives for companies moving their facilities. It will also encourage companies in the state to expand existing facilities. Governor Bentley says, as a result more jobs could be created in Alabama.

The round table discussion will be at the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce on Government Street. The discussion will begin at 2:00 p.m.
