Saraland Middle School employee charged in school thefts

SARALAND, Ala. (WALA) - Officials with the Saraland Police Department Criminal Investigation Division said officers arrested 22-year-old William K. Neals for first-degree theft of property on January 23.

They said the arrest is the result of an investigation involving several thefts from Saraland Middle School between November 2012 and January 2013.

Officials said Neals was an employee of the janitorial service which serviced the middle school during the time period of the thefts.
