MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile Police have arrested Dustin Kent on sex abuse charges. This is the third arrest for Kent in three months, but the first in Mobile. He was arrested twice in Baldwin County.

Kent faced a judge Friday morning for a bond hearing for the most recent arrest. Kent is charged with rape and sodomy. A bond of $25,000 was given for each charge. The judge also ordered Kent be put on electronic monitoring if bond is made.

Kent's first arrest came in June in Baldwin County. The charges on that arrest include rape and sodomy.

He was arrested a second time in July by the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office on charges of rape, incest and sodomy.

Kent was out on bond when he was taken into custody by Mobile Police.

Kent's attorney John Beck spoke with FOX10 News after Friday's hearing and says his client continues to claim he is innocent on all charges.
