South Alabama student collapses; in ICU

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - On Tuesday, a female student at the University of South Alabama collapsed while playing volleyball at the USA Recreation Center.

According to The Vanguard, South Alabama's student newspaper, the student, whose name has not been released to the media, is in the ICU on life support at a local hospital at this time.

Students say several people called 911 and CPR was performed. The girl reportedly displayed seizure-like symptoms.
