MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - A candle light vigil is planned for a 3-year-old little girl fighting cancer.

Starla Chapman is currently at USA Children and Women's Hospital in Mobile.

Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron wore a "Team Starla" support bracelet during the National Championship Game.

Starla's Facebook support page said McCarron paid a visit to Starla over the weekend, and friends said she was all smiles.

Starla was scheduled to undergo an echocardiogram Monday for her heart.

There is also a benefit account set up at Regions bank to help the family.

The candle light vigil is January 22 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at USA Children's and Women's Hospital in Mobile.
