Tech company brings new jobs to Mobile

N-Tron creates industrial ethernet switches

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - N-Tron, an industrial networking company and a division of Red Lion Controls, celebrated the opening of their new facility on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The company designs and manufactures ethernet switches for industrial businesses such as oil refineries. Sixty new employees were hired to serve in various positions at N-Tron , located in Mobile on International Drive.

Mike Granby, President of Red Lion, said he's looking forward to adding more jobs as the company expands.
