MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile police say they have arrested a third suspect in the Mimosa Drive homicide that happened on October 12, 2012.
Officials say 18-year-old Kevin Valdez Lucy has been arrested and charged with murder.
Mobile police began an investigation after 24-year-old Ray Nicholson was shot in the chest during an alleged robbery. Another victim was there, but not shot.
On December 10, police say Nicholson died from complications associated with the gunshot wound.
The investigation revealed that 18-year-old Darius Javonte Clark and 20-year-old Justin Isiah Duckworth were involved in the homicide.
On December 14, 2012, Clark and Duckworth were located, arrested and charged with murder. Clark is also charged with first degree robbery.
