MOBILE, Alabama (WALA) - Four people have been arrested in connection to the death of Kyser Miree. FOX10 News has learned that one of the guys arrested in the Miree case was actually in police custody a month before Miree was murdered.

Authorities said the 23-year-old engineer was shot in the back of the head at his midtown Mobile home on April 16. Mobile Police said it was a botched robbery attempt.

The suspects are 20-year-old Jamal Lang, 19-year-old Michael Lee, 19-year-old Earnest Wiggins and 18-year-old Bo Taylor.

A search of Alabama state trial court records shows Taylor and Lee both have had previous arrests.

Court documents show Lee was arrested for possesion of a controlled substance, and possesion of marijuana in March, just one month before Mobile Police say the four suspects shot and killed Miree.

Lee was also arrested the month after Miree was murdered for possession of a controlled substance on May 19.

It seems Taylor has also had run-ins with the law.

Arrest records show Taylor was caught driving without a license, and no proof of insurance. Taylor was arrested in October of 2009.

All four suspects are being held at Mobile's Metro Jail, charged with capital murder.
