MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile Area Water & Sewer System (MAWSS) said they responded to a third party sanitary sewer overflow on Saturday, Oct. 13, on Azalea Rd.

An undetermined amount of wastewater overflowed into Bolton Branch Creek from a private lateral on Azelea Road, according to MAWSS.

They said Saturday night that the overflow was ongoing and that the property owner is responsible for any needed repairs.
