Pensacola man in fatal accident

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) - A man died when a semi-truck hit him, then a pickup truck ran over him. This, as he attempted to cross Fairfield Dr. near "L" Street early Monday morning.

Bobby Joe Nobles Nobles, 51, had just crossed into the westbound lanes when the trailer of a semi-truck struck him and knocked him down into the road. A pick-up truck that was driving behind the semi then ran him over.

Florida Highway Patrol is still investigating the incident but they do not believe alcohol was involved.
