USO Pensacola awarded Five Star rating

PENSACOLA, Fla. - USO Pensacola is pleased to announce receiving a Five Star Rating during a recent standards of excellence evaluation. Five stars is the highest rating any center can receive.

Criteria evaluated in the standards of excellence review included:

• Administration (verification of operations aligned with USO policies)

• Center Appearance
   
• Program/Service Delivery; Feedback from clients and military command
   
• Community Outreach
