Pensacola woman wins $254K

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) - A Pensacola woman took home a big check from the Florida Lottery. Gladys Cartwright won the FANTASY 5 top prize of $254,806 in the April 20 drawing.

The Florida Lottery reports Cartwright's winning ticket was a free Quick Pick ticket she won by matching two numbers in a previous FANTSAY 5 drawing.

The ticket was generated at Mom & Pop Convenience Store, located at 2600 East Olive Road in Pensacola.

The April 20 FANTASY 5 drawing generated more than $314,174 for the Educationan Enhancement Trust Fund.

The next FANTASY 5 drawing is Thursday, May 17 at 10:15 p.m.
