MOLINO, Fla. (WALA) - Escambia County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested one person after a shooting on Ayers street that the victim said was over an unsettled debt.
The ECSO said the Tuesday night shooting was all over a debt of $6.
Authorities arrested Sharrieff Shabazz on August 21 on charges of aggravated assault, discharging a firearm in public and drug charges after they say she shot at an acquaintance.
They said the suspect and Kristi Gulsby got into a verbal argument over the money, which the victim said she had already paid him. Nineteen-year-old Shabazz pulled a gun on and began firing toward the home.
Gulsby was standing outside the house with her one and four-year-old children, but no one was shot, according to deputies.
Shabazz was arrested with assistance from the Gun Crime Response Team and was taken to the Escambia County Jail on $41,000.
