Standoff in Escambia County

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WALA) - Escambia County deputies were in standoff late Wednesday night. Deputies say they responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of Amberwood Drive around 8:20 pm. Once on the scene, deputies called in a SWAT Team.

Authorities were still on the scene at 1:30 am Thursday, and said the incident was over, but they refused to release any other information. More details are expected after 8 am.
