Teen dead after Belair Road shooting

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) - Escambia County Deputies say one person is dead and two more are in the hospital with gunshot wounds after numerous shots were fired on Belair Road in Pensacola.

Deputies responded on January 10, 2013 around 10:10 p.m. and found Durall A. Sumler, 20, of Pensacola with a gunshot wound. Sumler was transported to a local hospital where he remains in critical condition.

Authorities also learned of another gunshot victim in the 900 block of Belair Road. Shawn F. Jordan, 21, of Pensacola was transported to a hospital in serious condition.

The third gunshot victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

It is believed all three victims had been shot in the 700 block of Belair Rd. 

Escambia County Sheriff's Investigators have released the identity of the person who died in the shooting as Aquarius Patrick Devaughn, 18.

Deputies located evidence at the scene which leads them to believe the incident was drug related.  At this time investigators are unable to disclose what type of evidence was found. 

Investigators are looking for six people who are believed to have information on this crime.
