GRAND BAY, Ala. (WALA) - A school bus was involved in an accident early Monday morning, Oct. 22, 2012 in the Grand Bay area.

School officials tell FOX10 News the school bus was at a bus stop at Highway 90 and Mount Pisgah Church Road when it was rear-ended by an SUV. Officials tell FOX10 News no children were injured, and none had boarded the bus.

Another bus was dispatched to pick up the kids and take them to Grand Bay Middle School or Bryant High School.

The drivers of both the bus and the SUV were taken to the hospital.  No word on the extent of their injuries. Another bus has been dispatched to pick up the children on that route.
