The incident sparked a fire in the house.

Lee ran downstairs to her neighbors for help. In the audio tape Lee is heard screaming in the background as the neighbors called 911.

"The lady is burnt. She has burnt marks all over her body," the neighbor told the 911 dispatcher.

Prior to the incident, the 12-year old disclosed to her mother that Stewart had fondled her.

Stewart told police, "I never touched that girl. She just lying to cause more problems. All night long [Lee said] you ain't never gonna see your baby, you'll never see her again cause you ain't gonna hurt her."

Lee and Stewart have a three month old child together who was also in the home at the time. She was not harmed.

Stewart has been charged with arson, risk of injury to a minor, assault and reckless endangerment. He is being held on a $2 million bond.
