Pamela Wiggins sentenced in bigamy case

PENSACOLA, Florida (WALA) - State Attorney Bill Eddins announced Wednesday that Pamela Long-Wiggins was adjudicated guilty and sentenced by judge John Brown to two-years probation; substance abuse evaluation and treatment, if recommended; random urine and/or breath testing, and $605.25 for fines/cost. This probationary sentence is tolled until the Escambia County case is resolved.

On May 17,2010, Wiggins plead no contest to one count of bigamy, a third-degree felony, before Circuit Judge John Brown in Okaloosa County, Florida.

The state requested a lengthy period of incarceration in state prison.
