MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - An effort to provide hot meals to tornado victims in Alabama is continuing for a second week.

Volunteers with the Organized Seafood Association of Alabama are making their third trip to the Tuscaloosa area this weekend.

The group loaded a truck with gulf seafood in Bayou La Batre Friday for the trip Saturday.

In addition to feeding victims in Holt, association president Ernie Anderson says a second feeding station is being set up in another hard hit area.

"We came in last Saturday with intentions of going up for the weekend and trying to make an impact and do some good and we haven't left. The concessions been there since. We're loading up this weekend with another large crew, we're going to have about 15 volunteers here and got another 16 or 18 folks going up to Hacklesberg also," Anderson said.

Hacklesburg is about 90 miles north of Tuscaloosa in Marion County where the tornadoes killed 23 people.
