Steve Nodine may face ethics charges

MOBILE, Alabama (WALA) - FOX10 News has learned that Mobile County Comissioner Steve Nodine may soon face ethics charges.
According to a source, the charges stem from misuse of Nodine's county-issued truck. FOX10 was told that Nodine took the truck to another state on a personal trip.
That truck, of course, is at the center of another investigation in Gulf Shores, involving the death of Angel Downs.
Downs' family held a press conference Thursday evening.
They didn't actually speak, but the family issued a statement through their attorney.
In that conference, their attorney said, "The family believes 100 percent that Angel's death was not a suicide and the person responsible will be charged and convicted beyond the shadow of a doubt."
