Charleston to build $35M terminal for Carnival Cruise ship

The City of Charleston, South Carolina, wants to build a new $35 million cruise terminal to serve Carnival Cruise Lines to dock its ship Fantasy. If that sounds familiar, it’s because the Fantasy used to be docked in Mobile before Carnival moved it to Charleston.

What advice would you give to Charleston when it comes to building the cruise terminal?
