Part of president Obama’s health care plan includes a new fee to help cover people with pre-existing conditions.
The fee will cost $63 and will start in 2014.
Many employers are not happy with the fee.
It will cost the largest companies tens of millions of dollars.
Most of that will be passed on to employees.
The administration said the fee will be temporary.
