Smaller paycheck forecasted for everyone

The forecast for your next paycheck is smaller, no matter how much you earn.

Among all the talk about avoiding big tax hikes, one tax is going up: the so-called payroll tax for social security. It just jumped two percent. That’s a $1,000 increase for anyone earning $50,000 a year.

What do you plan to cut out of your budget now that your paycheck is getting smaller?
