WINDERMERE, Fla. (AP) - There are a lot of questions surrounding Tiger Woods' crash in the wee hours Friday, but few answers so far.

The Florida Highway Patrol had hoped to get some Saturday, but Woods' agent called to say that the golfer and his wife were unavailable.

The highway patrol says Florida law does not require Woods to speak to officers about the incident because it's being investigated as a traffic accident.

Woods was treated at a hospital Friday after driving his SUV into a fire hydrant and a tree just beyond the end of his driveway. Police say Woods' wife, Elin, had smashed the vehicle's back window with a golf club to help get him out.

While police say there's been no indication Woods and his wife were arguing, a National Enquirer story alleging that the golfer was having an affair is fueling rumors.

At least one marketing expert says Woods' silence is stirring the speculation and he may need help to settle things down.
