MOBILE, Ala. - UPDATE: FOX10 News Fugitive Files suspect Timothy Scott surrendered to investigators of the Prichard Police Department Narcotics Unit, after seeing himself profiled on Fugitive Files.

It's time for you to help catch another suspect on Fox 10 News Fugitive Files, this one accused of an unusual crime.

His name is Timothy Scott, who has a list of outstanding warrants for his arrest including unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, second degree assault and a traffic warrant.

Mobile Police Officer Christopher Levy told me, "On May 16th, he and the victim were actually arguing over an XBOX 360 game when Timothy Scott produced a handgun and shot the victim in the buttocks...He does actually have a few active warrants for a drug charge, for an assault second degree and for some traffic offenses." The crime happened at a home in the 2200 block of Dickens.

Scott's last known address is 406 Eleanor Avenue in Prichard. He has a history of arrests that include distribution of a controlled substance, attempted distribution of a controlled substance, giving a false name to officers and receiving stolen property. And by the way, the XBOX over which they were fighting. Police say it was stolen. Turn him in.
