MOBILE, Ala. - Fox 10 News Fugitive Files is up to 418 arrests thanks to your help. Mobile Police have turned to Fugitive Files to find a robbery suspect they've been trying to locate for a couple of weeks.
Investigators know Justin Withers is in our area. He's the one accused of robbing a Murphy High School teacher, early in the morning on September 17. They also say he tried to use the teacher's debit card at the RBC Centura Bank on St. Stephen's Road right after the crime.
Mobile Police Officer Christopher Levy told me, "He [Withers] does have a history of robbery and he also has a history of giving false names, so is going to be somewhat difficult to locate if you don't already know him."
Withers is 19 years old, 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. If you know where police can find Withers, call the Fox 10 News Fugitive Files/Crimestoppers hotline at 251-208-7000.
Police say Withers hadn't been a student of the teacher. They say it was a simply a crime of opportunity.
Withers faces first degree robbery charges, as well as charges for fraudulent use of a debit card.
