MOBILE, Ala. - UPDATE:  Murder suspect Markus Lee surrendered less than 24 hours after being profiled on Fox 10 News Fugitive Files.  He is the 417th suspect to be arrested and the 219th to surrender.

"Yeah, place his face on Fugitive Files. Let him know he's a wanted man."

That was the request from Terry Haygood, the father of a murder suspect accused of killing his own cousin.

Suspect Markus Lee was due back in court soon for sentencing after pleading guilty to robbery. Now, police tell me Lee is wanted for shooting and killing Blake Davis, who was trying to break up a fight last Friday afternoon. Davis died the next day at USA Medical Center.

I asked Mobile Police Corporal Charles Bagsby, Junior if the shooting could have been an accident. He told me, "From what we can tell right now, this was an intentional shooting because the victim was shot multiple times. So from what we understand right now, this was an intentional shooting."

Lee is 17 years old, 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. If you know where police can find Lee, call the Fox 10 News Fugitive Files/Crimestoppers Hotline at 251-208-7000.

Police have gotten tips that put Lee in Maysville, or Theodore or Bayou La Batre. He's been known to live on Old Military Road Circle and Washington Boulevard. Wherever he is, police want to find him.
