FUGITIVE FILES UPDATE 3 Shots Fired

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - UPDATE:  FOX10 News Fugitive Files suspect Howard Miles, Jr. surrendered at the Mobile Metro Jail 24 hours after being profiled.  He is the 552nd suspect to be arrested and the 292nd to surrender.

FOX10 News Fugitive Files needs your help to find Howard Miles, Junior who's accused of a shooting that happened on the evening of January 19, 2013.

Mobile Police spokesperson Ashley Rains said Miles and another man, "were at the 800 block of Texas Street when the victim began to chase a family member of Mr. Miles.  Mr. Miles then shot the victim 3 times, causing life-threatening injuries".

Miles is 38 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds.  If you know where to find him, call the FOX10 News Fugitive Files/Crimestoppers Hotline at 251-208-7000.  He's been arrested in the past on drug and gun charges.

Police say you might spot Miles around South Washington Avenue.  If you've seen him, pick up your phone and turn him in.
