MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - UPDATE: FOX10 News Fugitive Files suspect Gregory Kyles surrendered less than 24 hours after being profiled on FOX10 News. He is arrest number 534 for FOX10 News Fugitive Files and the 280th suspect to surrender.
Mobile Police want to find FOX10 News Fugitive Files suspect Gregory Kyles, who's accused of domestic violence and strangulation. Police say the incident happened on September 4, 2012.
Police spokesperson Corporal Christopher Levy said, "He went to his victim's residence, knocked on the window. Now, the victim thought it was her mother and when she opened the front door, he approached her. He was armed with a handgun and pointed it at her and threatened her and proceeded to strangle her". Police say the victim survived the attack. Jail records show Kyles has an arrest record that includes domestic violence and menancing.

He was last seen in the area of Rhett Drive in west Mobile. Police warn that Kyles might be armed with a handgun. Call and turn him in.
