MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - UPDATE: FOX10 News Fugitive Files suspect Tracy Barnes was arrested on November 27. He is the 544th suspect arrested after appearing on FOX10 News Fugitive Files.

His name is Tracy Barnes, and Mobile Police say his victim was a trusting, 92 year old man who gave Barnes some cash to repair a 1985 Cadillac deVille. Later, after the elderly man couldn't reach Barnes, the victim called police.
That's when, according to Mobile Police Corporal Christopher Levy, "The officers then determined that Mr. Barnes had actually scrapped the victim's vehicle".
Levy says Barnes, "has a history of theft by deception, receiving stolen property, drug charges as well as charges related to unauthorized use of a vehicle".
