FUGITIVE FILES UPDATE Moffett Road Assault

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - UPDATE:  Mobile Police arrested Fugitive Files suspect Billy Ray Harrison one day after he was profiled.  He is the 542nd suspect arrested after appearing on FOX10 News Fugitive Files.

FOX10 News Fugitive Files suspect Billy Ray Harrison might be seen in the area west of I-65 near Moffett Road in Mobile.

Harrison, a homeless man now faces assault charges for an incident that happened on October 30, 2012.

"Mr. Harrison and our victim were in a wooded area, off Moffett Road in kind of a homeless area, when Mr. Harrison produced an object and struck the victim in the face, causing serious, but not life threatening injuries," said Mobile Police Corporal Christopher Levy.
