FUGITIVE FILES Robbery on Lemon Street

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - It didn't take long for last week's FOX10 News Fugitive Files suspect to surrender.  Let's see how long it takes for our latest subject to either give up or get arrested.

His name is Ernest Armstrong and police tell me he faces robbery charges for entering a home on Lemon Street with another man, and stealing from the person inside.

"He does have a history of some drug charges, as well as burglary and he's been put on probation and he has actually violated his probation several times," said Mobile Police Corporal Christopher Levy.

Police say Armstrong's last known address is Antwerp Street in Mobile.  He faces first degree robbery charges because police say a weapon was involved.
