FUGITIVE FILES UPDATE Shooting on Lola Street

Kenyatta Irby wanted for assault

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - UPDATE:  Fox 10 News Fugitive Files suspect Kenyatta Irby was arrested Saturday, February 25.

Mobile Police are looking for Kenyatta Irby, accused of shooting a man in the leg in December during an argument over money. Officers say it happened at 1313 1/2 Lola Street. Police say it's not the first time Irby's been in trouble with the law.

Mobile Police Corporal Christopher Levy said, "He does have a history of no pistol permit, some drug charges and he's been on probation before, and violated his probation, before".

Irby, whose last known address is 1350 St. Stephens Road in Mobile, might be driving a 2005 beige, Mercury Sable without a tag.
