Mobile, Ala.- - Located on Florida's Gulf Coast, we are a group of volunteers who share a common love for Goldens. We find good homes for Goldens who have been abandoned, abused, or surrendered. The geographical area that we cover is the Florida Panhandle, west of Tallahassee.

All dogs are checked for temperament and health. We have a screening process for adoption families, and will consider all requests on a case by case basis.

If you, or someone you know, is looking for or considering a Golden as an addition to your family, be sure to check out some of the Available Goldens we have in our program. Adopting one of these loving animals is a great experience. Additionally, if you know someone who is no longer able to care for their beloved companion, we do accept those animals who are surrendered by their owners. We will find them the perfect “Forever Home”.

We are always in need of funds, which we use exclusively in returning these gentle animals to good health and finding appropriate homes, and volunteers to help raise funds and awareness and to foster newly rescued retrievers.

Please visit our website www.ECGRR.com and see the many beautiful Goldens and Golden Retriever/ Labrador mixes that are available for adoption. You can also read some success stories that will surely tug at your heartstrings.

You can reach our organization by logging on to our website or you may contact our ECGRR Pensacola Team Leader Misty Brockett - (850) 207-4664 or Steven Dauser - (850) 346-7802 or email us at skdauser@cox.net
