Bobby Wyatt Shoots Record 57

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Talk about a good day on the golf course! Mobile’s Bobby Wyatt shot a 57. No that’s not a typo. Wyatt shot a 57 during the 2nd Round of the AGA State Boys Junior Championship.

The tournament is being held at the Country Club of Mobile. Par for the course is 71, which means Wyatt was 14-under. He was 11-under through the first 11 holes.

Wyatt’s 57 broke two records. It is the new course record at the Country Club of Mobile. The previous record was 63. It’s also the new AGA Junior Championship record, which was 61.

Wyatt is now 17-under heading into the third and final round. He leads by 9 strokes.
