All of you pet parents know how hard it is to leave your best friends as you head to out for your daily routine, especially if you're leaving them home by themselves. But pets at Puppy University get to spend their days in a class full of their friends and with a staff of highly skilled and credentialed trainers.

Dogs left home alone during the day may experience separation anxiety or display undesirable behavioral issues such as chewing and excessive barking. This can occur when a dog lacks sufficient exercise and socialization. Doggy Day School can help correct those behavior issues.

Each day your dog will have their own private training session with a credentialed trainers. They'll play and burn off energy, and learn at the same time. At the end of the day, you'll pick-up a happy and delightfully tired pup.

Some dogs visit every day, others just a few times a month. Every dog is unique and you can decide on the best play and training schedule to suit your dog's needs, as well as your busy schedule, budget and life-style.

There are classes for puppies and dogs in all stages of their life at Puppy U. All dogs are evaluated by a trainer prior to attending doggy day school or boarding to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. If you choose the Doggy Day School Program, you can drop off your dog to be trained during the day while you work or run errands. It is literally a private school for dogs only.

There are different packages that will fit most any schedule or budget. You can enroll your pet for full days or even half days. The doggy day school is run much like a human school, with class groups divided by age/size and skills. Your pet will have a regular instructor/teacher, homework assignments will be given, and your student/pet will be tested on the skills they have learned.

Each day’s schedule will include:

  • individual instruction and practice
  • group instruction and practice
  • manners training and practice
  • scheduled recess and nap time
  • regular potty breaks and snacks
  • Pet parents will be given daily progress reports on the progress made for the day

Class time is from 8:00am-4:00pm for a full day, or 8:00am-12:00pm or 12:00-4:00pm for 1/2 day

Doggy students can be dropped off as early as 7:00am and picked up as late as 7:00pm to fit your schedule.

  • Half day prices start at $25.00 a day
  • $100.00 /5 day week
