Holiday centerpieces to wow your guests

Sometimes the most simple decorations are the best. And some of the most simple centerpieces for the holidays are short stem white or red roses with holly berries. Add them to a mercury vase for an elegant effect.

Treasured holiday ornaments or decorations can be placed on a bed of fresh cedars and firs in floral foam for a centerpiece that will last through the holidays. You can add flowers just before Christmas day.

Plants can work great as centerpieces if they are placed in unusual containers that reflect the feel of the party. Silver, gold, mesh or holiday ceramics can all make a plant shine.
