MOBILE, Ala. - Apple has settled a lawsuit over iTunes purchases by kids. Parents sued the company in a 2011 class-action lawsuit.

They blamed Apple after their children racked up hefty bills buying in-game extras. Under the proposed settlement, 20 million parents would get about $100 million in iTunes credits. That's not too bad, considering iTunes makes $40 million a day.

Apple will offer a $5 iTunes gift card to any parents who claim their kid paid for extras without their permission. The company will offer larger credits, or cash refunds, for people who can prove their bills were larger than $5.

The deal still has to be approved. A judge is expected to sign off on it Friday.

Adobe is taking the power of picture manipulation from the tablet and putting it in your pocket, with the release of it's new Photoshop Touch app for iPhone and Android. Projects from the app can be synced and edited using Photoshop on tablets and desktops.

A new program is aiming to help hungry pets. Check out their website at petfoodstamps.org . Pet Food Stamps is a donation based program that helps people buy pet food and supplies.

It's not run by the government, and it's open to anyone in the United States. The pet food stamps organization could eventually expand to offer free or discount veterinary care.
