MOBILE, Ala. - Youtube has released its list of top 10 trending videos of the year.  Not surprisingly, a certain Korean rap star leads the list.

Psy's "Gangnam Style" is on track to hit one billion views. In just six months, it became the most viewed Youtube video ever.

An iPhone accessory made the latest "Greatest Tech Gift" list this year. It's called a bubble scope, and it works for some androids too. It lets you take 360 degree videos and photos.

The Samsung Galaxy camera also made the hot tech list. It has 21 times optical zoom, Wi-Fi connectivity, and you can upload your pics straight to Facebook and Youtube. The Nintendo Wii -U also made the list.

About 6 million Discover, American Express and Capital One customers are getting refunds starting next year. The 3 companies will pay out a total of $435 million dollars because of a crackdown on deceptive credit card practices.

The companies are accused of tricking customers into buying additional products like credit monitoring when opening credit cards.

Customers don't need to do anything. Just keep an eye on your monthly statements because the refund will show up as a credit on the account.
