MOBILE, Ala. - A new iPhone app launched yesterday, with a pretty nice goal: to make you a happier person. It's called the " Happier " app.
Research has shown staying positive and sharing good vibes can make you happier. The goal of this app is to share your happy moments during the day, big or small.
You can even categorize them into food, exercise, friends, and other categories. The app is available for iPhone or iPod Touch.
The Federal Reserve isn't too happy after hackers hit the Federal Reserve website. They released a statement saying the security breach was brief and did not affect critical operations.
The agency would not say what information was exposed. But, a Twitter account claiming to be affiliated with hacker group "Anonymous" says it's behind the attack, and lifted the personal information of thousands of top bankers to post online.
The vintage fashion site, Modcloth, has launched an iPad app. Creators of the site use the app to send notifications on new items, and out-of-stock items. They say over Christmas, about 30 percent of the site's visits came from mobile devices, which inspired them to release the app.
Happy shopping, & happy Friday.
