MOBILE, Ala. - This holiday season 33 million new smartphones will hit store shelves, and many people will upgrade to new devices. Well, a recent survey by Lookout reveals that one in ten people hold on to their old phones, and do nothing with them. But why?

Jenny Roy from Lookout say, "The number one reason is because people are concerned about the personal information, such as contacts and videos and photos that are on those old phones."

One place you can donate your old cell phone is Cellphonesforsoldiers.com . Lookout is partnering with them to donate old phones, and in turn they provide families overseas with calling cards to call home, especially over the holidays.

Apple just released iTunes 11 with a completely redesigned player, a new store, and more icloud features. ITunes 11 upgrades the way iTune users browse for music and videos. It also features a new feature called "up next" that lets users see and edit the list of upcoming songs. Go to apple.com for all the new features and to download the new iTunes, and see a mini tutorial.

An online fitness company called Wello says that they can help you get fit without ever stepping foot into a gym. The site is wello.co , and they offer private one-on-one training through live video sessions  with professional trainers that can be done from anywhere. Anyone with a web camera and the internet can use Wello.

Wello launched earlier this summer and so far, more than two-thirds of those who try it come back for another workout. Wello says group sessions are coming.
