You can still be a part of the BP Oil Settlement

David Greene from Greene & Phillips Law Firm joined us on Studio10 to help explain the BP oil settlement agreed to this past weekend.

The settlement is a class action suit (thousands of individuals acting as one).  It was open ended and BP will be paying soon.

Because the settlement is open ended that means, if you have not been fully compensated yet, you may have a claim and can sign up now.  If you've lost money or property you may have a claim to the settlement if you act quickly.

If you have any questions you can call Greene & Phillips at anytime or just stop in, you do not need an appointment.
