Be mosquito free this summer

It's summer... It's hot... and the bugs are out!  The folks with The Mosquito Authority say you don't have to suffer all-year-round.  They claim to have a service that will guaranteed keep your home or office free from mosquitos!
 
Here is list of some of the questions and answers about their service.

1. What is your most popular service and how does it work?
A: A barrier spray is our most popular. We come to your yard and do a through inspection for potential mosquito habitat, dumping any standing water, eliminating potential water pockets, etc. We the apply a mild solution to necessary foliage in your yard. This creates a protective barrier against mosquitoes and kills any nesting in those areas. We also apply a granular to flower beds, under porches, low lying areas in your yard. This granular inhibits the mosquito larvae from developing any farther.
 
2. Is the solution safe for kids and pets?
A: Yes. The solution is synthetic chrysanthemum extract. It is the same as the solution in lice shampoo but ours if 40 times less potent and then diluted in 4 gallons of water. It breaks down after about 3 weeks into carbon dioxide and water so there is no residual leftovers.
 
3. How can you guarantee no mosquitoes?
A: There are 3 stages of the mosquito life cycle. Eggs, larvae and adults. We can target the larval stage and adult stage with the spray. The mosquitoes that are in the eggs stage during that first spray will hatch within 7 to 10 days, lay another set of eggs and those will all be in either the larval stage or adult stage when we do the second spray 3 weeks later. Thus eliminating all mosquitoes.
 
4. How does rain effect this service?
A: Rain has some effect on our solution but not as much as the effect on dormant mosquito eggs.  Some eggs can stay dormant up to 3 years. So when heavy rains reach these dormant eggs, they are triggered to develop and are bigger and worse than normal. Hence why we have had so many more mosquitoes after the rain of two weeks ago and why they are sooo giant. If you are a customer and have this problem, our no mosquito guarantee means that we will respray you at anytime for free.
 
5. How long does the barrier spray last?
A: Each spray will break down in 3 weeks. We recommend spraying every three weeks to ensure we eliminate before more eggs are laid. How long you use us is up to you.  We believe in our product so much that we DO NOT REQUIRE A CONTRACT. Our customers become our family and we will treat you as such.
