Family Promise of Coastal Alabama

Family Promise of Coastal Alabama is excited to celebrate their 9 ^th Anniversary this July.  Family Promise of Coastal Alabama is the only organization in Mobile County that provides homeless shelter services for entire families.  Unfortunately, families are the fastest growing segment of the homeless population, with the Mobile County Public School System identifying over 5000 children as homeless this year.

Family Promise of Coastal Alabama assists families in identifying and solving issues that led to their homelessness.  They help prepare them for success in the community once they have been able to secure safe, permanent housing.  Families learn job stability skills, how to budget, parenting skills and assistance with getting the necessary education to ensure they remain employable. 

With the help and support of many local churches, agencies and donors; Family Promise of Coastal Alabama is ending homelessness one family at a time.
