Get your dogs ready for WOOFSTOCK 2012!

It's almost time for Woofstock 2012! The fun will begin at 11:00am on Sunday October 28, 2012 in Bienville Square in downtown Mobile. There will be great live music, vendors, food, and loads of fun for all ages!  

If you haven't decided what your dog baby is going to dress up as for Halloween, now is the time to decide! That's because you won't want to miss out on the big costume contest at Woofstock! Dress up with your pet and enter the Pet-Owner Look-a-like contest! Studio10 Host Cherish Lombard will be one of the judges!

And if you've been to Woofstock before, you can't forget the very popular Weiner Dog Race! And this year, there's going to be more than one race. There will also be a race for small breed dogs!  The Weiner Dog and Small Dog Races will be held from 1:30 pm -2:15 pm.

There will be a "Pup Crawl" at downtown Mobile bars starting at 12:00pm. Your dogs will have a blast playing at the Doggie Fun Zone! You can meet Greyhounds, Great Danes, and ARF dogs looking for nothing other than love and a good home! You'll get to see demonstrations from the folks at Smeraglia's Puppy University and the Mobile County Sheriff's Office.

There are plenty of items you'll want to bid on in the silent auction. It will be open from 11:00am until 3:00pm, and it all benefits the Animal Rescue Foundation. There will be a Kids Zone, Doggie Games, Ring Toss, Cake Walk, and inflatables! And after all that, the kids will be ready for some popcorn and snow cones!
 
After all the excitement, you and your dogs may want to just spend some time together relaxing and listening to music. And there will be plenty on the main stage:
Noon -1:00 pm:  Song Writers Set
2:15 pm-3:30 pm: The Redfield
3:30 pm-4:30 pm:  Costume Contest
4:30 pm-6:00 pm: Super Funk Fantasy

Interested in sponsoring this awesome event?  It's not too late!  For as little as $350, your company will receive a vendor booth, which will include a 10x10 tent, an 8ft table, and area banner. Your company's name will also be printed on the Woofstock t-shirt and on the sponsor banner which will be hung at the event entrance.
