Farmers Insurance The Pullen Agency announced their annual “Heroes for Babies” March of Dimes event scheduled for Friday, June 15th from 4pm-9pm hosted by Longleaf Pines Luxury Apartments.

The event entails an evening of homemade barbeque, drinks, pony rides, face painting, raffle door prizes, live music, a LifeSouth blood drive, and general camaraderie!  Eric Pullen, local barbeque master, is providing the food.  The Crooked Martini is graciously donating beer for the adults.  For the kids, pony rides and face painting will be provided.  A make-up artist from Sephora will be on site from 4pm-6pm offering professional style face painting.  Door prizes have been donated by Club Sun, Sephora, AT&T, and The Bar, among others.  Some fabulous door prizes will be raffled!  Live music will be provided by local singing sensation Holli Mosley.
At the event, donations are encouraged and raffle tickets will be sold for the door prizes.  All proceeds benefit the March of Dimes charitable organization.  Also, LifeSouth’s Blood Mobile will be on the grounds accepting donations.

Everyone is invited!  A large turnout is anticipated as this annual event has proven to be a huge success in the past.  Come enjoy all this event has to offer while supporting a great cause.

Longleaf Pines is located at 6190 Girby Road and can be accessed by turning onto Lloyd’s Lane at Cottage Hill or by turning onto Girby at Hillcrest.  If you get lost, look for the directional signs leading to Longleaf Pines.
