Pensacola Ice Flyers Wounded Warrior Night

Saturday March 9, 2013 is Wounded Warrior Night at the Pensacola Ice Flyers hockey game! More than half of the proceeds raised that night will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project. The purpose of the Wounded Warrior Project is:

• To raise awareness and enlist the public's aid for the needs of injured service members.
• To help injured service members aid and assist each other.
• To provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.

During Wounded Warrior Night, there will be numerous raffle items auctioned off during the game to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. Sponsors include Subway and Ted Ciano's. 

That night, the Pensacola Ice Flyers will play the Fayetteville Fire Antz at the Pensacola Bay Center. The game starts at 7:05pm.

There will also be a Poker Run on March 9 that will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. It will start at the Crab Trap in Perdido key, and stop at Nick's Boathouse before ending at the Hangar at the Pensacola Bay Center for the hockey game. The entry fee for the poker run is $35.

On Sunday, March 10, get ready to bowl! There will be a bowling tournament to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project at Cordova Lanes. The registration fee is $60 per four man team.
